INJECTABLE INSURANCE COVERAGE
Coverage for injectables is available for doctors, physician assistants, nurses and other medical professionals as permitted by law. Our program is available in all states and most policies for injections have no deductible.
This program is offered to individuals working in single/multiple locations or this coverage can be included in a policy that covers the entire facility.
We can offer coverage for a variety of injectables which includes:
- Botox & Dysport-including off label use. Coverage for Botox & Dysport can also be extended for the treatment of migraines, hyperhydrosis and masseters. We can also include coverage for Botox House Parties.
- Dermal Fillers that are FDA Approved including PRP/Selphyl
- Vitamins & Supplements-B12, B Complex, Chromium, Glycine, Amino Acides, Vitamin C
- Biodentical Hormones
- Sclerotherapy for the treatment of veins
- Mesotherapy/Lipodissolve (deductible applies)
